WHAT TO EXPECT

  1. Arrive Early: Get here 15 minutes before class. Your coach will walk you through the reformer and the core movements.

  2. Grip Socks are Mandatory: For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required. Forgot yours? We sell options at the front desk.

  3. Embrace the Shake: Your muscles will shake. That is the goal. Take breaks when you need to, jump back in when you can, and trust the process.
